Plan Made by the UK to Deploy Smart Electronic Service Network

Recently, the north grid corporation of the British energy industry announced that it would invest 1.9 million pounds (or about 16.85 million yuan) to set up the smart energy network, offering supporting services to 8 million users, ranging from solar power electricity generation device, battery system, EV charging device to charging facility. The construction period of this project lasts for three years centering on users’ needs to build complete and efficient smart network for electricity usage. Also, it enables users to purchase complete power services via network, encourages users to sell power services by utilizing the solar panel, EV and household battery system to increase energy system efficiency and materialize the stability of the grid, meanwhile exploring the business model and applicable policy.
